It's ridiculously tough getting into one of the accredited drama schools. Need any help?

Around 5000 people apply to the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama each year for the acting courses. Usually, they offer places to 45-50 students over the three courses. That works out at less than 1% of applicants! LESS THAN 1%!

How on earth are you meant to win against those odds?

Well, no point in lying - it's going to be tough...but with thorough preparation and good choices of speeches/songs you stand a better chance of getting into the second round or even an offer of a place at one of the accredited drama schools in the UK.

Ben offers one-to-one tutoring and group workshops with applicants who are planning on auditioning for drama schools. As a graduate of 'Central', a working actor and someone very familiar with the audition process - having sat on the panel for countless auditions - Ben will ensure a prospective applicant is fully prepared for what can be a very stressful time.

Ben is experienced in working with students - as an official audition panelist, leading college workshops in London and the USA, assistant directing student productions and mentoring the Actor's Audition Pieces summer school at Central.

The workshops can be tailor-made to suit each individual applicant, and can take place at your home or a designated rehearsal space. Ben has a full DBS and all workshops can be attended by a parent/guardian.
